Before you enter a meet, talk to your coach about the entry procedures for meets. At COOG, the coaches decide what meets they will attend, as well as the events for each swimmer.   It is each swimmer's responsibility to let the coach know if they wish to attend the particular meet.

During a COOG sponsored meet, we need need all COOG families to volunteer to run a successful meet.
